- Reactive call-outs
Keeping installations in good order
Planned maintenance helps spot problems before they cause disruption. It can include periodic inspection and testing, emergency lighting and fire alarm checks, replacing worn or damaged accessories and acting on observations from previous reports.
Reactive maintenance covers faults and repairs as they come up, from a tenant reporting a dead socket to a tripping circuit in a shop. Your electrician can work with agents and property managers to arrange access and report back on what was found and done.
Maintenance arrangements are agreed in advance, including what is covered, how jobs are requested and how they are invoiced.
