Who we are
Future Trend Electrics is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us by phone on 07908 484001 or by email at info@futuretrendelectrics.com.
This website
- The website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- There are no accounts, and the website does not store the details you type into the enquiry form.
- The enquiry form works in your browser. It checks your details and prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. Nothing is sent to us until you tap Send in WhatsApp.
- Fonts and images are served from this website, not from third-party services.
- The website is hosted by Netlify. Like most hosting providers, Netlify processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Information we hold when you contact us
When you call, email or send a WhatsApp message, we receive the information you choose to give us. This usually includes your name, phone number, email address, the property postcode or address, details of the work, and any photos you send. If you go ahead with work, we also keep quotations, booking details, invoices, payment records and any certificates or reports for the job.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
Services involved
- WhatsApp (provided by WhatsApp, part of Meta) carries messages and photos you send by WhatsApp.
- Spaceship (Spacemail) provides the email service for info@futuretrendelectrics.com.
- Phone networks carry calls and texts.
- Netlify hosts this website.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies, and some may process it outside the UK. We may also share information with an accountant or HMRC where needed for tax purposes, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when they are no longer needed, normally within 12 months. Quotations, invoices, job records and certificates are kept for as long as needed for tax, legal and safety purposes. For tax records, this is at least five years after the 31 January submission deadline for the relevant tax year.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected, and in some circumstances to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. To make a request, contact us using the details above.

We will update this notice if the way we handle information changes, for example if a new email address or service is introduced.
